What custom software can be
A few examples of what we build. Most businesses start with one and connect the rest over time.
Work orders, bays, inspections and parts, built by someone who’s worked in a shop.
Stock levels, reorder alerts and purchase orders that match how you buy and sell.
Build quotes from your real price book, send them by text and track when they’re opened.
Assign jobs, route crews and update customers without per-user fees.
One link per client for proposals, payments, files and project updates.
Your stages, your fields, your follow-ups. Where most builds start.
From the shop floor
Before CRMmage, Nick worked as a mechanic. So when a shop asks for software, we already know what a bay board, a work order and a parts run should look like, and what slows a service writer down.
Shop software is one example of what we build. It can be as small as a digital work order and an inspection sent by text, or a full system with bays, parts and tech time. It’s built around how your shop runs, and you own it.
Why own it
How it works
One working session on your jobs, people and handoffs. You leave with a blueprint either way.
A working preview every week, so you shape it as it’s built.
Code, data and hosting in your accounts. No lock-in.
Questions
Custom software is built for one business’s exact workflow instead of sold as a one-size subscription. CRMmage designs it with you, builds it, and hands you the code, so you own it outright.
Most full CRM builds from CRMmage land between $10,000 and $25,000, paid once, with a working first version in about 4 to 8 weeks. Smaller focused tools cost less. For comparison, a 10-person team paying $90 per seat plus add-ons spends over $40,000 in three years renting software. You get a fixed price after the free blueprint call.
No. A CRM is where most builds start, but we build shop management systems, inventory tools, quoting and dispatch software, client portals and AI automations, often connected into one system.
You do. It lives in your accounts with your data and your hosting. We stay on for improvements only if you want us.
